About Sarah Taylor, Pharmacist
Sarah attended undergrad at St. Olaf College in Northfield where she majored in chemistry and worked in a lab synthesizing dendrimers for possible use as pharmaceutical delivery molecules. It was there that she first developed an interest in pharmacy.
She graduated from St. Olaf and pursued her interest in pharmacy at the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy. During school, she began working at a compounding pharmacy utilizing her chemistry and pharmacy background to develop formulas for a myriad of pharmaceutical dosage forms and applications.
After graduation, she continued to work at the compounding pharmacy for a total of 5 years. She uses this experience to help with her current position as Pharmacy Technical Consultant at Fagron. Her favorite types of compounds to make include tablet triturates and gummies.
About Charlie Seltzer, MD, CSCS
Dr. Charlie Seltzer (MD) is board certified in Obesity Medicine and Internal Medicine. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and is the only physician in the country to hold all three certifications. Before opening up is own practice, he completed his undergraduate work at the University of Pennsylvania, medical school at Thomas Jefferson University, and Internal Medicine Residency at Crozer Chester Medical Center. Dr. Seltzer cares for his patients by helping them optimize their physical and mental health, including reducing body fat, building muscle, improving sleep and managing stress.
Driven by his past personal struggles with weight and binge eating, Dr. Seltzer’s mission is to help others who want to improve their health. Dr. Seltzer takes a 360-degree approach by evaluating and addressing all of the factors contributing to sub-optimal health, including medical problems and medications, sleep, stress, depression, food addiction, busy work schedules, and social commitments.
